This stylish, contemporary villa offers five spacious en- suite bedrooms and magnificent sea views, whilst being a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. The house is split over three levels. The main open plan living room located on the middle level flows through to the front sundeck terraces where you have stunning views of the beach below as well as Lions Head. The kitchen and dining areas are also located here and are an ideal entertaining venue for a dinner with friends and family! All five en- suite bedrooms are generously proportioned and individually appointed. The two guest en- suite bedrooms are located on the middle floor and feature ceasar stone finishes of oval bath and free-standing washbasins and counters. On the top floor is the the Master en- suite and two further spacious guest bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a private square balcony and access to a sweeping front-facing broad terrace. The bath here is rectangular and large facing directly to Lions Head. The two guest bedrooms also have individually designed bathrooms with bathtubs positioned to enjoy the magnificent sea views.
