This contemporary 3 level house has been designed to capture the magnificent mountain and ocean views, whilst offering great flow, ambiance and comfort.

The ground floor boasts a spacious entertainment/TV lounge with a plasma screen, Hi-Fi, PVR and a mini kitchen/bar area. Expansive floor to ceiling windows and a corner balcony ensure you don't forget the impressive views. This corner balcony leads onto a small garden, which in turn takes you down to the 4th bedroom, with a separate entrance below the house. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The large master bedroom has a stylish combination of carved wooden furniture with soothing neutral colors, and its designer en-suite bathroom is a romantic refuge with breathtaking views of the 12 Apostles Mountain range.

Upstairs you will find an open plan set up comprising the kitchen, lounge and dining room. The design including wall-to-wall windows maximizes the feeling of space and light and frames the mountain and the ocean view perfectly. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is circular in design and has a cooking & breakfast bar in the centre. With the ocean ahead of you and the mountains behind you it's the perfect kitchen to cook up a storm!

To the front of the upper level is the open plan lounge & dining area, which is extremely tastefully furnished with wonderful views from all angles. Both rooms open onto a deck/balcony, which encircles the front of the house and has a small, heated plunge pool on the ocean side of the house.

• Early or late arrivals / departures will be accommodated where possible but a R250 check in fee applies for check ins between 9pm - 8am
