Terrace Views is a modern and newly furnished villa located in a quiet street in the exclusive suburb of Camps Bay. Decorated throughout with chrome and modern finishes it is sleek and contemporary in style. The villa is split on two levels. On entering the villa you are greeted with the open plan lounge and kitchen areas. The lounge has a lovely large plasma TV and big comfy couches to relax in. A pebble fireplace makes it an ideal space for those cold winter nights.

All three bedrooms are sea-facing. Two bedrooms are located downstairs and the master bedroom is located on the upper level. The bedrooms can be separated from the entertainment areas with an additional security gate. The outdoor area has a large private deck that is ideal for those that love entertaining. An elevated pool on the deck enables one to enjoy the surrounding sea and mountain views. Terrace Views is in a great location and close to all the attractions and amenities Cape Town has to offer.

• A R10,000 refundable Breakage Deposit is required and is held in case of any damages, this can be paid with the balance or via credit card at check in
• Standard Check-in time is 2pm
• Standard Check-out time is 10am
• Early or late arrivals / departures will be accommodated where possible but a R250 check in fee applies for check ins between 9pm - 8am
